John P. Pollis, Esq.

Attorney John Pollis is founder and managing attorney of The Law Firm of John Pollis located in Attleboro Falls, Massachusetts.

Attorney Pollis graduated from Suffolk University Law School cum laude in June of 1950 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 1950. He has been engaged in the general practice of law for decades, and has an extensive real estate practice, which he began in 1955.

In more recent years, Attorney Pollis has also developed a large Estate Planning practice, which includes all aspects of Elder Law.

Hilmy Ismail, Esq.

Attorney Hilmy Ismail is a Senior Associate Attorney at the law firm of John P. Pollis. Mr. Ismail joined the firm in 2010.

A graduate of Boston College Law School, Mr. Ismail has practiced in the Attleboro area since 1992.  His practice is focused on tax law, bankruptcy, estate planning and MassHealth applications.

Attorney Ismail offers complete tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates and non-profits.  We prepare federal and state returns for all types of entities and all fifty states.

In addition to tax returns, Attorney Ismail is available to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.  Services include delinquent tax returns, audits, appeals, court cases, and collections.  In appropriate circumstances, installments, offers in compromise, or bankruptcy may offer a solution to your tax dilemmas.
